The 33rd Annual Spring Meeting will find us at Cayman Brac Beach Resort, May 17-24, 2008. Cayman Brac Island and Brac Reef Resort are the perfect pair - the ideal combination of spectacular diving and tropical resort luxury. Brac Reef has long been a favorite of divers who appreciate the quality of the diving surrounding the Cayman Islands but want a more relaxed atmosphere of the smaller sister island. This is a luxury oceanfront resort with forty guest rooms, an award winning restaurant, day spa, fitness center and an internet facility. The accommodations are air- conditioned and each is equipped with cable TV. All rooms are smoke free. Telephone and computer services are available from the resort lobby only. Reef Divers, the on-site dive center , offers first class “ valet “ service, top- rated equipment, and a modern fleet of specially designed dive boats. Cayman Brac is the middle sister of the three Cayman Islands. It is a coral island surrounded by reefs and with a population of about 1200 residents. It has changed very little since Christopher Columbus discovered it in 1503. Brac Reef Beach Resort is famous for it’s diving- but there is so much more to do than just dive. Just look at all of the fun activities we offer : fishing, kayaking, island tours, cave explorations, bicycling, tennis, bird watching, and rock climbing. The resort offers a pool, jacuzzi, lighted tennis court, beach volleyball, bicycles, kayaks, paddleboats and a two story pier. The Tipsy Turtle Pub is a poolside bar overlooking the beach and is a gathering place for guests before and after meals. Diving enthusiasts from around the world have been drawn to the unparalleled splendor of the
Cayman waters. Cayman Brac is considered one of the world’s premier diving destinations.
